Our founders implemented rivets into e-fill port holes for ten years and helped design half the mechanical joints for EV battery pack/box designs on Semis, Buses, and most startup efforts in the US and E.U.

Having seen issues with placing a closed-end rivet into a cell at high speed and numerous failed laser welded plug attempts, they decided to go another route. Our new product JustEV® was explicitly designed to mechanical seal a fill port hole during high-speed installation.

They also have an extensive background in designing battery boxes semis to cars with grounding and watertight needs, mechanical joining, and combining aluminum, steel, and plastic joints.
